For personal injury clients, our proven process starts with a 1-on-1 consultation and strategy session. After that, we’ll gather all the relevant information—records, police reports, bills, etc.—and notify the insurance company to never contact you again. You can expect frequent follow-up calls, and can contact us any time for real, honest answers to your questions.
For long-term disability clients, we’ll review your denial letter for free. Our disability team will read every page of your claim file, conduct independent vocational analyses if the insurance company “finds” jobs you can do, and handle every aspect of your appeal. If that appeal is denied, we’ll file a lawsuit and fight for you in court.
