Inside the Mind of Claire:
Favorite thing about your role: I love my role because I’m constantly learning and growing. Working with Ben is amazing. He’s a fountain of knowledge and ideas, and we collaborate well. Producing podcasts is a new and exciting challenge, and I enjoy being part of Ben’s creative process. Contrary to what people might think, this job is far from boring. Ben is open-minded and we have great discussions.
Favorite thing about working at BGL: My favorite part of working at BGL is the fantastic people. Everyone is kind, helpful, and easy to get along with. The company also promotes a healthy work-life balance, which is important to me. It’s clear that this positive culture comes from the top down, starting with the CEO.
A highlight of your career at BGL: One of my career highlights at BGL was successfully managing Ben’s email inbox to a point where it was completely empty. This gave him more time to concentrate on important tasks, strategic thinking, and his CEO responsibilities. Additionally, I’m proud of being able to currently support one of our team members during her maternity leave.
Interesting fact about yourself: I have a passion for community service, stemming from my childhood experiences with my grandparents, which motivates me to give back to the elderly.
If you could merge animals together, which two would you choose and why? I would merge a dolphin and an eagle to create a creature that can soar through the skies and swim gracefully in the ocean, symbolizing freedom and intelligence.
What is your guilty pleasure? I know it’s not exactly healthy, but there’s something undeniably comforting about devouring a whole bag of cheesy, salty potato chips while binge-watching my favorite show. The crunch, the flavor, the sheer indulgence – it’s a guilty pleasure I can’t resist!
