Fred is our firm’s Executive Assistant to Brian Glass. Think of Fred as Brian’s personal conductor, keeping his schedule in perfect harmony while making sure his big ideas get their rockstar moment. He manages Brian’s email, calendar, travels, and even his podcast (shhh, don’t tell Brian he’s his biggest fan!). Fred also does some research detective work to help bridge the gap between grand vision and actionable plans. On top of it all, he’s Brian’s accountability partner, ensuring his goals stay laser-focused.
Originally from Samar, Philippines, known for its scenic beaches and majestic waterfalls, Fred has been a valued member of BGL since March 2024. His strengths lie in his organizational prowess and his ability to keep everything running smoothly. Not just because it means the operations are efficient, but because it ensures our clients, who are going through a very difficult time in their lives, receive the best possible support.
Fred lives with the coveted title of middle child amongst three incredible brothers. He firmly believes that the middle child gets the coolest perspective and maybe even the most snacks growing up.
When he’s not wrangling Brian’s schedule, you’ll find Fred strategizing on the chessboard, belting out tunes at karaoke, getting the kinks ironed out with a massage, or diving into the worlds of web novels and manga. He also has a passion for teaching students with special needs, a testament to his generous spirit and dedication to making a positive impact.

Favorite thing about working at BGL: The people! Seriously, everyone here is a lifelong learner with a heart as big as their expertise. They welcomed me with open arms, even though I’m over 9000 miles away (geography can’t stop a good connection, right?).
A highlight of your career at BGL: Sharing my delegation wisdom with other team members! We swapped stories, rituals, and insights to help them level up their VA experiences.
First meal after getting rescued from an island: Sweet spaghetti, hands down! In the Philippines, it’s a birthday staple, and being rescued feels like a whole new lease on life, right? Celebration time!
What’s something most people like but you don’t understand? Coffee. Don’t get me wrong, I love the energy people get from it, but for me, it’s all about team tea!
If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do? Okay, maybe a short vacation from work wouldn’t hurt. But seriously, my dream is to build a foundation and business that gives scholarships and employment opportunities to amazing children with special needs here in my area. They deserve a shot at an awesome, independent life!
What is your guilty pleasure? Chocolate cake and ice cream. Don’t judge! I try to be healthy, but these two together? My willpower melts faster than ice cream on a hot day.
