Meet Kia, our Medical Records Clerk! She’s responsible for obtaining records from different facilities, organizing all client-related documents, and actively following up on our requests.
Kia joined the team in June 2024 and plays an integral role in helping our team and clients get cases to the finish line.

Favorite thing about your role: In addition to acquiring new knowledge, it is fulfilling to support our paralegals in obtaining the records they need.
Favorite thing about working at BGL: One of the things that I love here is that the people I work with are genuinely kind.
About you/your family: I am the youngest among my two siblings. I was raised by my grandparents as my mother needed to work abroad.
Hobbies/Interests/activities outside of work: I enjoy long sleep on my day off but I also play Valorant, Roblox, and League of Legends in my free time. I also love to listen to music.
