Lauren is our firm’s Marketing Director. Her main goal is for people that have been injured in an accident or whose disability or life insurance claim has been denied to (easily) find BenGlassLaw and know that they’re in the right place.
Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Lauren has been a valued member of BGL since December 2021. Her strengths are her creativity and determination to seek results. Not just because it means that the marketing is working, but that our client, who is going through a very difficult time in their life, has come to the best place for help.
Lauren lives in coastal Virginia with her husband, their Persian cat, Talulah, and two ducks, Smoky and 2Chainz. They are currently renovating their second century-old home together, by themselves. Lauren loves design, true crime podcasts, collecting house plants, being outdoors, thrifting, quality time with loved ones, and anything that lets her unplug and use the creative side of her brain.

Favorite thing about your role: Knowing that the end result of the work I do helps change people’s lives.
Favorite thing about working at BGL: Our team. It’s rare to find a career where your coworkers and bosses are some of the biggest cheerleaders for your professional and personal life.
A highlight of your career at BGL: The funniest is my very first day at BGL. It was at our leadership team’s annual meeting – which I found out after I had accepted that it was a full two day, out-of-office meeting where we plan for the year ahead. So, my first-time meeting everyone in person was at an Airbnb cabin in the mountains, and I slept on a twin bunk bed for two nights. (I loved it)
Interesting fact about yourself: I have two pet ducks. They were dumped in our neighbor’s backyard after they were no longer needed for an Easter basket, so my husband and I raised them in our garage, and they now live their best lives on the river in our backyard. They’re trained to come home to eat when I yell ‘momma’s good ducks’ in the morning and evening.
Best vacation you’ve ever been on: My wedding in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
First meal after getting rescued from an island: A Braums chocolate milkshake and party burritos from Taco Bueno with chips and extra salsa (also my first meal when I visit Oklahoma).
What’s something most people like but you don’t understand? Apple watches.
If you had a time machine, what time period would you travel to? The 1970s with a pair of rollerblades.
