Hello my name is Kenny I was a tragic auto accident this accident will change me for life. I would like to share my experience with Ben glass law From the moment that I made a phone call I was taking care of as an individual. I did not feel like I was just another number they took a personal interest in my case. I can’t elaborate enough. I am physically and mentally disabled from this accident there must have been times I was very difficult to be spoken to Ben glass law. Amazing! I was involved in a hit and run accident. Luckily I got a picture of their license plate and Ben Glass Law handled the rest for me! My team was Lisa and Tammy and they were fantastic! They were very communicative, kind, and checked in to make sure I was okay often. They walked me through every step and were very patient when my availability was low. This was definitely a difficult case but they never gave up even though it took almost a full year to get my settlement. A huge thank you to them! Definitely recommend their service!

When the insurance company wrongly cancelled my son’s disability payments, we were scared and desperately needed help. A medical disability is frightening to experience and often overwhelming. It was beyond daunting to think of navigating the denial appeal on our own. A Google search brought up several offices, but it was easy to choose Ben Glass Law after reading their website and “hearing” their understanding and compassion. Damon Miller, Mary Bruniany, and Ben Glass started by truly listening, then demonstrated their understanding as they willingly took on this case. They were knowledgeable, kind, patient, straightforward, fair, and determined. The final 6-page letter that Damon wrote to the insurance company was scathing yet professional as he articulated their many errors and cold responses to a very real and desperate situation and need.
